1) We take all possible efforts to deliver exactly the similar arrangement however we might need to substitute some products because of seasonality, availability and location constraints. Although, we promise that the value of substitute will be equal or higher than what is shown on the site.
2) Products seen may vary in terms of seasonality and availability.
3) Same day deliveries available within Delhi & NCR, if request made before 3 PM IST. Deliveries to major metropolitan cities and other cities will be done on the same day if the order is placed before 2 pm IST. If the order is placed after 2 pm IST we would try to deliver it same day depending on your request, and if we are unable to deliver it, same would be delivered on the next day.
4) Please make sure that the provided address and details should be correct while making a request, it makes our delivery process efficient and reliable. We will not be responsible for any incorrect addresses and no complaints for the same will be entertained.
5) Due to the involvement of Logistic we cannot guarantee the delivery on a specified time, still you can request for a specific time of delivery, in the "Special Instructions" column in the order form and we will try our best to honour it.
6) Deliveries are done between 7 AM to 7 PM, though we have midnight delivery facility available at an extra cost. The Time of delivery is not guaranteed, regardless of any request otherwise.
7) Orders placed for Cakes will not be delivered in the morning at all , since the cakes have to be produced fresh from the bakery. So the delivery of the cakes will be done only after 11 AM.
NOTE: If we are not able to make a delivery under extreme and rare cases, we ensure you that you will get 100% refund of your money. We will not entertain any other claims apart from the 100% refund.
